TUITION & FEES
Course fee is $35 for each 2 hour Core Class ($60.00 both classes). Fees are payable in advance and up to 5 days prior to the first class session. Payment can be made on our website by Credit Card, Paypal, in person or mail by check or money order. No cash will be accepted. Training materials will be provided. Fees will be forfeited for non-attendance.

REFUNDS/WITHDRAWALS
Refunds will be issued no later than 5 days before scheduled class date. Refunds may take up to 10 days to be issued.

MINIMUM ENROLLMENT
A minimum enrollment of 30 students is required or the scheduled class may be cancelled with full refund. Decisions to cancel classes will be made 5 working days prior to the first day of class.

ATTENDANCE & GRADES
The State requires a minimum hours of class attendance for course certification, excluding breaks and registration. Students must attend the required number of hours for the class. A course completion certificate will be issued to those students who fulfill the course requirement. There will be a $20.00 fee for issuing a new replacement certificate if you lose your certificate. No certificate will be issued to those who do not attend the minimum hours of class.

STUDENT CONDUCT
Professional conduct is required at all times to maintain class eligibility.

COURSE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
All course attendees must provide a picture identification and a current real estate pocket card or notification of licensed status from the commission to be admitted to the course (HAR 16-99-115).
